Unlike some of our competitors, who have you leave a message on a machine during business hours, ESI usually puts you in contact with a technician or knowledgeable technical representative within five minutes of your call.
And our technicians are trained (typically with technical certificates or degrees) and experienced with our products and services.

ESI's monitoring equipment commonly works for years beyond the one-year warranty. But occassionally a unit needs service. Rather than automatically steer you to an expensive replacement unit, ESI technical support representatives often recommend comparatively less-expensive servicing.
Our expert factory repair service generally costs far less than the cost of a new unit, and is often available to you at a modest cost, even after the warranty period.
